Leadership is built on strong fundamentals, but it also thrives on individuality within teams. Felix Rosenberger articulated this perfectly — and, more importantly, put it into practice. Many thanks Sebastian Klaus and ATMOS Space Cargo
Leadership is context, not formula!
It was a special pleasure for us to deliver a leadership workshop for ATMOS Space Cargo.
The workshop took place in Strasbourg at the International Space University.
What made the experience particularly enriching was the highly international and professionally diverse group of participants. In our joint work, it became clear how valuable different perspectives are for effective leadership.
How leadership provides orientation, how decisions are made, and how collaboration is shaped is always context-dependent. Expectations differ. Communication styles do as well.
Strong leadership does not emerge from simple formulas. It grows out of the willingness to consciously integrate different perspectives into collaboration.
This mindset shapes our work at RoWa-Solutions. We consistently see how much stability emerges when leaders learn to carry complexity with responsibility and clarity.
A special thank you to Sebastian Klaus and Marta Oliveira for the trust and the open, collaborative exchange. We are very much looking forward to the next steps together.
